All Seasons Roofing & Waterproofing recently installed IBR Zincalum in the center of Cape Town. We removed two layers of roof that had been in place for many years.
Over the original corrugated roof sheets, a timber roof was added. All of this was removed to access the original roof timbers and purlins. Our customer decided on a new roof using IBR roof sheets from Bluescope Steel.

Heat Fused Membrane
The roof sheets were then finished with flashings of the same material. All Seasons Roofing & Waterproofing then waterproofed the parapet walls using a heat fused membrane painted using a Silver Bitumen Paint.
